I am only dreaming

20 years and my life still trying to do more… my name is Claudia Elizabeth Ramon Gutierrez I am 20 years old and my life is kind of strange.

I was born in Mexico D.F, I lived in the city around 8 years then I traveled to Aguascalientes, the city where I live nowadays. Something else about me is that I love Mexican food; my favorite food is the chilaquiles as good Mexican I love food prepared with chili. Besides working I spend my time watching T.V and listening to music, my best programs on T.V are the Simpsons and the ones from discovery channel or national geographic channel. My favorite music is the classic rock, I like to listen to songs form bands like the doors, the who, AcDc, led zeppelin, the Beatles, etc  

My hobbies are my best way out of the real life, for example I like watching movies because they make me think that I am the principal character or something related and I start to forget my problems, movies leaves me in a world where I can be whatever I want.  Dancing is one of my hobbies, I am in a folkloric club of dance, I have danced around 12 years, but I like dancing any type of music.

One of my experiences that I will never forget is when I went to Mexico City to see the Paul McCartney’s concert, the beatles is my favorite band, I like and I know all their songs and when I knew that Paul McCartney will be here in Mexico I did not have to think twice and I bought my ticket for the concert and also for the bus, I needed to ask for permission saying to my parents that I would go with some friends (women) , but actually I traveled alone, during the trip I met one men that nowadays is one of my best friends, he was next to me all the way. On the bus we were listening to the beatles since the beginning to the end, it was very exiting when I was on the concert at the foro sol I could not believe that I would see one of the beatles, it was incredible, amazing, it was one of the best days of my life. Another good experience was when I participated as an interpreter of leones club, as a university student I need to cover some hours of social service and when I heard about the possibility of being an interpreter with the leones and that the university will give hours of social service I immediately accepted. There were some specific parts for specific purposes  where took place the social  service, the social service was about help people to see better by giving them glasses so what I did was helping the doctors to communicate to the patients. It was a meaningful experience, because it left me a feeling of helping other people.

Nowadays I work at Cinepolis cinema theaters, When I began to work I cleaned halls but I demonstrated that I am able to manage money, for that reason, HR move me to the cafeteria, the most difficult area, I even passed first for the candy shop they move me directly to the cafeteria where I still working. The job is interesting, because it is about manage money and also people, you can meet any kind of people over there, the people who work with me have the same range of age than I and I feel like if I were with my classmates form the university. Talking about the university, I really enjoy go to classes because I can see my friends and talk about my problems or the beatles, also I learn how to be a teacher and that motivates me a lot. When I have free hours I go to the cafeteria with my friends and then we lay on the grass talking about the classes or about the future, that is an example of a day in my life at the university.

I imagine my future a little bit crazy I want to be traveling for a long time, first I want to finish my major and work hard for getting enough money and go to U.S over there I plan to work for having enough money too and travel to England, that is my dream, because I want to visit Liverpool and take some photos to the caver where the beatles played their beautiful songs and finally I want to go to Japan, Japan is my favorite country, I love their culture, their language and their type of cartoons. I plan to live in each country like one year at least, but I need to work very hard.

I have enjoyed my life as much as I have could, I am happy with the family I have and with the friends I have chose, I hope my  plans become true in order for me to live my life until the limit and the end. Some people tell me that to live as I wish is impossible or very difficult, I think that it could be difficult to achieve my plans but not impossible.
